1-800-BESTLAW will be divided into regions primarily set up the same way the TV markets are divided throughout the country. These regions will consist of area codes in each state. Smaller market states such as Alaska and Montana, will have only one region in the entire state and therefore only one lawyer/ law firm will be in these smaller regions. Bigger market States like California and New York will be comprised of multiple geographic regions within these States. The regions are designed to ensure that any advertisements your law firm does will directly benefit your law firm. By referring to our regions page you can see a State by State breakdown of which area codes are included in each region.

How Much Will it Cost for 1-800-BESTLAW™?

The cost to license 1-800-BESTLAW will directly depend upon which region your law firm should choose to license within. Bigger market States such as California and New York will be more costly than those in smaller market States like Alaska or Montana. The costs to license the toll free vanity 800 telephone number 1-800-BESTLAW in each geographic region are based loosely on per capita population data in each region and the local area codes designated by the phone company in each state. It is our belief that the costs, associated with the licensing of

There is a no money down plan for licensees of 1-800-BESTLAW which includes the use of
1-800-BESTLAW for the first three months for free, providing you sign a one year contract. The monthly licensee fee is as low as $700.00, plus a deposit for all related telephone fees and telephone call charges.

If your law firm is located within two geographically advertising/ marketing regions, or your law firm would just like to have a larger 1-800-BESTLAW region, the second region will carry reduced monthly fee.

How Long of a Contract Will I Have to Sign?

The contract a lawyer/ law firm signs with 1-800-BESTLAW will be for one year and will continue indefinitely unless the licensee chooses to terminate the agreement. After the initial first year, a licensee has the option to terminate the agreement without cause upon two months written notice. A license will have exclusive rights to 1-800-BESTLAW in the licensed region or as long as the licensee firm continues to extend their contract by making all scheduled payments. If for some reason the licensee chooses to terminate the contract with 1-800-BESTLAW, or the licensee otherwise does not fulfill the contract terms with 1-800-BESTLAW, 1-800-BESTLAW has the right to license 1-800-BESTLAW to some other licensee in your region.
